The ideal candidate will have a strong background in process automation, CRM management, and API integrations. You will play a critical role in optimizing workflows, integrating various software tools, and ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage automated workflows using Zapier.
- Implement, configure, and maintain the Go High Level CRM system.
- Optimize scheduling processes with Calendly.
- Manage and oversee API integrations to ensure seamless data flow.
- Create and manage sequences, automations, and triggers.
- Utilize webhooks for advanced software integrations.
- Automate processes using Google Drive, Google Sheets, and Google Forms.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience with automation tools like Zapier, Go High Level CRM, and Calendly.
- Strong understanding of API integrations and webhooks.
- Demonstrated ability to create and manage automated sequences and workflows.
- Proficiency in using Google Drive and Google Sheets for automation tasks.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to work independently.
