- Collaborate with the recruitment team to match client requirements with suitable candidates

Requirements:

- 3+ years of experience in a business development or sales role, preferably in the technology or staffing industry

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and negotiate effectively

- Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Excellent time-management and organizational skills

- Familiarity with CRM software and proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Suite
