Call Centre Team Leader for US Based Campaigns at Winnors Remote Staff

Job Description:
We are seeking a Call Center Managing Partner with a minimum of 3 years of experience to join our dynamic team. Based in Johar Town Lahore, Pakistan. This is an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic team and contribute to our outbound calling (US Solar Campaign).
 

Key Responsibilities:

1. Oversee the execution of the predictive dialer campaign, ensuring efficiency and productivity.
2. Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, implementing strategies to optimize results.
3. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand campaign objectives and tailor team efforts accordingly.
4. Provide guidance and support to team members to ensure performance targets are met or exceeded.
5. Conduct regular team meetings to communicate goals, expectations, and updates.
6. Conduct training sessions for new and existing team members on campaign specifics and effective use of the predictive dialer.
7. Conduct regular evaluations of calls, providing feedback and coaching for continuous improvement.
8. Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and monitor team performance against these benchmarks.
9. Develop action plans to address areas of improvement and drive overall team success.
10. Generate and present regular reports on team and campaign performance to management.
11. Address and resolve any challenges or escalations that may arise during the campaign.

Requirements:

1. Proven 3+ experience in a call center leadership role.
2. Familiarity with predictive dialer systems and campaign management.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Strong organizational and time management abilities.
5. Proficiency in MS Office/Excel and call center equipment/software.
6. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
7. Willingness to work in US times, 10pm to 6.30am PKT.
