Key Responsibilities:
- Make unscripted telephone calls to over 200 prospects per day.
- Book qualified appointments based on client needs and requirements.
- Respond to inquiries about product specifications.
- Perform data cleansing and accurately update prospect information in the company database.
- Meet daily and weekly call and appointment booking targets.
Skills and Requirements:
- Experience: 3 to 5 years of experience in telemarketing or appointment setting.
- Strong telephone presence with confidence, determination, and an engaging tone.
- A British or American accent is required for this role.
- Proven capacity to make over 200 calls daily, resulting in scheduled appointments.
- Resilience and persistence in reaching prospects and overcoming objections.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, capable of building rapport quickly.
- Good command of the English language and grammar.
- Experience working towards performance targets (call volumes, conversions, etc.).
- Strong time management, organisation, and planning skills.
- Computer literate (MS Word, Excel, Google Drive).
- Ability to self-motivate and collaborate effectively within a team.
- Strong planning and organisational skills to manage time efficiently and prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- A collaborative team player, ready to support and work closely with others to achieve common goals.
- Expertise in the full telemarketing cycle, from setting targets and managing high call volumes to driving meaningful conversations and converting leads into appointments.
