Our client is seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Client Success Manager – International Accounts to join our dynamic team. This role plays a vital part in supporting our international operations by managing client relationships, coordinating business processes, and ensuring smooth communication across borders.

 

As a Client Success Manager – International Accounts, you will be responsible for managing relationships with international clients, ensuring their needs are met and concerns addressed in a timely and professional manner.

 

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leverage strong communication skills to manage business interactions through phone calls, emails, and video conferences.
  • Develop and sustain long-term client relationships built on trust and satisfaction.
  • Serve as the primary contact for clients, liaising with internal teams to consistently meet and exceed client expectations.
  • Address client escalations and resolve concerns promptly to ensure high satisfaction levels.
  • Deliver regular updates and detailed reports to senior management regarding client feedback and satisfaction.
  • Partner with sales and marketing teams to identify growth opportunities and expand business within existing accounts.
  • Prepare clear and professional business correspondence, including proposals, contracts, and reports.

 

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 6+ years’ experience in business management or a related role, ideally with international exposure.
  • A UK LLB qualification (preferred but not required).
  • Previous experience in business management or client services, with emphasis on international clientele.
  • Strong problem-solving ability, with the tact and diplomacy to manage escalations effectively.
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English, with the capability to present complex information clearly.
  • Proficiency in business communication standards and email etiquette.
  • Strong organisational and time management abilities, with the capacity to manage multiple priorities.
  • Ability to perform effectively both independently and within a team.
  • Awareness of international business practices and cultural sensitivities (advantageous).
