Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly organised and skilled Creative Executive Assistant who excels in diary management, client communication, content creation, and administrative tasks. This role requires a professional with a keen eye for detail, the ability to write blogs, manage the CEO's personal and professional schedules, and update Wordpress websites. Familiarity with Zoho One, Canva for design tasks, and basic social media management is essential. The ideal candidate is resourceful, trustworthy, and capable of managing multiple tasks within tight deadlines.
Job Responsibilities:
- Diary & Calendar Management: Efficiently schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and events for the CEO, ensuring there are no conflicts and all time-sensitive tasks are addressed.
- Client Communication: Professionally handle phone communications with clients, maintaining a polished and courteous tone, and addressing inquiries promptly.
- Personal Assistance: Oversee the CEO's personal schedule, including managing home-related tasks and shopping requirements remotely, ensuring smooth daily operations.
- Content Creation: Develop, write, and publish engaging blog content on a weekly basis, aligned with the CEO's or company’s vision.
- Website & Content Maintenance: Regularly update and maintain the CEO's Wordpress website to ensure all content is current and presented professionally.
- Software & Tools: Utilise Zoho One, Calendly, Zoom, and Outlook to perform administrative duties such as scheduling, communication, and task management effectively.
- Appointment Booking: Ensure the successful booking of all client appointments and follow-up with clients to confirm scheduling.
- Diary Management: Maintain an up-to-date and error-free diary for the CEO, ensuring all professional and personal commitments are seamlessly managed.
- Weekly Blog Post: Consistently deliver one well-researched and insightful blog post per week, maintaining the CEO’s content publishing schedule.
Qualifications:
- Fluent in English (both speaking and writing).
- Strong telephone etiquette.
- Bachelor's degree (Graduate).
- Proficient with LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook.
- Familiar with basic usage of Zoho One.
Experience:
- Minimum of 3+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant.
- Experience working with US or UK-based organisations.
