Job Description:
Join Winnors Remote Staff and work for UK clients directly from our offices in Johar Town, in Lahore.
We are seeking a talented and dedicated Healthcare Recruiter to join our growing team. The primary objective of this role is to hire 4 caregivers monthly to meet our staffing needs. In this exciting role, you will play a key part in our mission to find and recruit top-notch caregivers.
Responsibilities:
- Source and identify qualified caregiver candidates through online recruitment platforms (costs covered by company).
- Perform initial screenings of candidates and schedule qualified individuals for a 15-minute video interview
- Coordinate further checks, including DBS checks, residence permit/biometric card verification (if applicable), and reference checks, in collaboration with our HR Manager
- Maintain a detailed record of ALL candidates in our CRM/spreadsheet, ensuring accuracy and completeness for easy review if required.
- Collaborate closely with team members to ensure timely and efficient recruitment processes, meeting the goal of hiring 4 caregivers monthly.
- Flexibility for evening and weekend work is preferred and will be compensated with enhanced pay.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in healthcare recruitment, preferably within the UK market.
- Strong understanding of the UK healthcare sector and caregiver roles.
- Flexibility for evening and weekend work, with a preference for enhanced pay.
- Strong ability to utilise recruitment platforms effectively to source qualified candidates.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for conducting screenings and interviews.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
