We're seeking a dynamic, intelligent HR Manager to lead our HR operations and ensure client satisfaction. As the HR Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing various aspects of HR operations, including recruitment, client management, HR policy-making, employee evaluation, and performance tracking.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the entire hiring process from initial screening to onboarding candidates.
- Conduct monthly evaluations with international clients to gather feedback on employee performance.
- Understand and cater to the needs and preferences of our international clients.
- Act as the primary point of contact to resolve client issues and ensure satisfaction.
- Develop and implement HR policies within the organisation.
- Conduct HR orientation sessions for new hires.
- Provide guidance and insights to employees through one-on-one coaching sessions.
- Creating clear and concise reports.
- Giving helpful and engaging presentations.
- Maintaining and reporting on workplace health and safety compliance.
- Handling workplace investigations, disciplinary and termination procedures.
- Maintaining employee and workplace privacy.
- Leading a team of junior human resource managers.
- Utilise various software tools to track employee activity and performance.
- Resolve employees queries.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in HR, preferably working with international clients.
- Qualifications in HR or related field.
- Strong multitasking abilities.
- Proficient in English communication, both written and verbal(Must).
- Excellent skills in writing professional emails.
- Resides in Lahore and can work according to UK timings.
- Experience in educating and coaching staff.
- Experience in conflict resolution, disciplinary processes and workplace investigations.
- Ability to give presentations.
- Knowledge of relevant health and safety laws.
- Experience using computers for a variety of tasks.
- Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
