Our client is seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented International Business Management Resource to join our dynamic team. This role plays a vital part in supporting our international operations by managing client relationships, coordinating business processes, and ensuring smooth communication across borders.
As an International Client Manager, you will be responsible for managing relationships with international clients, ensuring their needs are met and concerns addressed in a timely and professional manner. Your primary duties will include:
Responsibilities:
- Utilise excellent communication skills to conduct business discussions via phone calls, emails, and video conferences.
- Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting client relationships based on trust and satisfaction.
- Acting as the main point of contact for clients, coordinating with internal teams to ensure client expectations are met and exceeded.
- Handling client escalations and resolving issues promptly to maintain client satisfaction.
- Providing regular updates and reports to senior management on client feedback and satisfaction levels.
- Collaborating with the sales and marketing teams to identify opportunities for business growth and expansion within existing client accounts.
- Draft clear and concise business correspondence, including proposals, contracts, and reports.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in a business management or related role, ideally with international exposure.
- A UK LLB qualification (desirable but not mandatory).
- Prior experience in business management or client services, with a focus on international clientele.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to handle client issues and escalations with tact and diplomacy.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to articulate complex information clearly and concisely.
- Proficiency in business communication and email etiquette.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with international business practices and cultural considerations (a plus).
