About the Role:
Winnors is seeking a highly driven and fluent English-speaking Recruitment Consultant with a proven background in sourcing high-value candidates, ideally within the legal or finance sectors. You will be working with elite law firms across Asia, Europe, and the U.S., handling end-to-end recruitment while also managing your own administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source and engage legal professionals for top-tier international law firms
- Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, including acquiring new clients or vacancies, drafting job descriptions, sourcing candidates, scheduling interviews, negotiating offers, and providing post-placement support.
- Maintain spreadsheets of current vacancies, client interactions, and hiring manager contacts.
- Proactively build and manage relationships with hiring managers and candidates
- Work independently and provide weekly updates during catch-up meetings
- Occasionally support U.S. market roles during evening hours if needed
- Provide an excellent candidate experience from the first call through to the offer.
Key Requirements:
- Fluency in English (spoken and written).
- Minimum 2 years of experience in International recruitment
- Experience placing high-value or senior-level professionals
- Prior recruitment experience within legal or finance sectors (preferred)
- Agency recruitment experience is preferred over in-house hiring roles
- Comfortable using LinkedIn and professional WhatsApp for outreach and candidate management
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Proactive, self-motivated, and detail-oriented
