Job Overview:
We are looking for a highly skilled IT Support & IT Specialist to join our client. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing technical support, managing IT systems, and ensuring seamless operation of cloud-based and security platforms. This role requires familiarity with various IT solutions, troubleshooting expertise, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for software & hardware
- Manage and support cloud-based IT solutions including ZenDesk, Monday.com, NordPass, LastPass, Gamma Horizon Phone Service, and Office 365 Admin.
- Ensure smooth operation of OneDrive, SharePoint, and Monday.com for internal data sharing.
- Monitor and maintain system security, user access, and IT infrastructure.
- Work collaboratively with the team through WhatsApp groups and other communication channels.
- Provide support during UK business hours (9 AM – 5 PM UK Time).
Key Requirements:
- Proven 3 to 5 years of experience in IT support or a related technical role.
- Familiarity with cloud-based software and remote IT management.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently.
- Knowledge of IT security best practices and troubleshooting techniques.
- Ability to manage multiple IT platforms and provide seamless technical support.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a remote team environment.
