Outbound Calls Representative for US Based Campaign at Winnors Remote Staff

Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled team of 4 Call Center Representatives to operate on a predictive dialer. This is an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic team and contribute to our outbound calling (US Solar Campaign).
 

Key Responsibilities:

1. Utilize the provided predictive dialer system efficiently to make outbound calls to prospective clients.
2. Strictly adhere to qualifying questions outlined in script to ensure accuracy and relevance in lead generation.
3. Ensure all data required for calling is provided and manage it effectively during the calling process.
4. Collaborate with the team leader to meet and exceed performance targets and goals.
5. Attend training sessions and meetings as required for skill development and campaign updates.
6. Provide timely and accurate feedback on call outcomes to assist in campaign optimization.
7. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
 

Requirements:

1. Proven 2+ years of experience in a call center environment, preferably with outbound calling experience.
2. Familiarity with predictive dialer systems and ability to operate them efficiently.
3. Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Ability to follow instructions and adhere to the provided qualifying questions.
5. Basic computer skills and the ability to navigate multiple software applications simultaneously are required.
7. Willingness to work in US times, 10pm to 6.30am PKT.
