Job Description:
Join Winnors Remote Staff and work for UK clients directly from our offices in Johar Town, in Lahore. Our client is seeking a talented and experienced. We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Payroll Manager to join our team and oversee all aspects of payroll processing and client communication. This role is responsible for ensuring accurate and timely processing of payrolls while maintaining compliance with all relevant tax and legal regulations
Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end processing of weekly/monthly payroll independently which would include (but not limited to) data collection, preparation of payslips, preparation and submission of RTI & pension report, etc.
- Prepare P60s, P11Ds, and process statutory payments such as Statutory Sick Pay and Maternity Pay.
- Liaise with clients to ensure deadlines are met and address any queries/concerns.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee payroll records.
- Assist with the implementation and maintenance of payroll systems.
- Stay up to date on all relevant tax and legal regulations affecting payroll.
- Address and resolve payroll queries in a timely and efficient manner.
- Prepare and submit all required payroll reports.
- Liaise with clients to ensure payroll deadlines are consistently met.
- Maintain confidentiality of all payroll data.
- May supervise or train payroll staff.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience working in a similar UK payroll management role.
- Proven ability to independently manage the entire payroll process.
- Expertise in Bright Pay and Moneysoft is required. Knowledge of IRIS would be beneficial.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
- Excellent organisational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in written and spoken English.
- ACCA Part Qualified, AAT Qualified, or other relevant UK payroll qualifications.
