Join Winnors Remote Staff and work directly with UK clients from our offices in Johar Town, Lahore. We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Project Manager to support our international operations. This role involves managing client projects, ensuring timely delivery, and coordinating cross-functional teams to meet project objectives.

As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and completion of client projects, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead project planning sessions, define project scope and objectives, and ensure resource availability.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and clients to deliver projects on time and within scope.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for UK clients, managing expectations and maintaining strong relationships.
  • Monitor project progress, adjust timelines and deliverables as needed, and communicate updates to stakeholders.
  • Manage project risks and ensure that issues are resolved in a timely manner.
  • Prepare detailed project documentation, including status reports, timelines, and client communications.
  • Collaborate with sales and business development teams to identify opportunities for project growth.
  • Ensure project objectives are met while maintaining quality and within budget constraints.

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in project management, ideally with international exposure.
  • Proven experience in managing projects from inception to completion.
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools (e.g., Agile, Scrum).
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills with the ability to manage client escalations tactfully.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects.
  • Ability to work independently and lead cross-functional teams.
  • Familiarity with international business practices and working with UK clients (a plus).
