We are seeking a highly experienced and well-connected Senior Business Development Representative for our client. We are specifically looking for a professional with extensive experience and a strong network of institutional clients in the UK, US, Europe, and Australia, as well as in Asian and Middle Eastern countries. This individual should have a proven track record of leveraging their connections to facilitate introductions and drive client acquisition. They will play a pivotal role in collaborating with interdependent teams to qualify prospects, book appointments, and support our overall business development strategy.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Leverage an extensive network of decision-makers across the UK, US, Europe, Australia, Asia, and the Middle East to identify and secure high-value clients.
  • Initiate introductions to large institutional clients and facilitate discussions that lead to fruitful partnerships.
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to identify new business opportunities and drive revenue growth.
  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with prospective clients, partners, and industry influencers.
  • Collaborate with the team to create targeted campaigns aimed at generating leads in specific regions or industries.
  • Negotiate and close high-value deals with a focus on long-term growth and mutual benefit.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of market trends, client needs, and competitor activities to identify and capitalize on emerging opportunities.
  • Track, measure, and analyze key performance metrics, adjusting strategies as needed to meet or exceed targets.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, identifying their pain points and offering tailored solutions to drive success.
  • Ensure seamless client onboarding by working closely with internal teams, maintaining excellent communication throughout the process.
  • Contribute to the development of new service offerings based on client feedback and market demands.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and pitches to prospective clients and stakeholders.
  • Regularly update CRM systems with accurate and detailed records of all interactions, opportunities, and progress.

Requirement:

  • Minimum of 6+ years of experience  in business development or a similar client-facing role, with a strong focus on lead generation and relationship building.
  • A well-established network of connections on LinkedIn with large institutional organizations across global markets, particularly in the UK, US, Europe, Australia, Asia, and the Middle East.
  • Demonstrated success in securing high-value clients and achieving revenue targets.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to effectively engage with senior stakeholders.
  • Understanding of diverse business cultures and the ability to navigate cross-cultural interactions.
  • Ability to develop and implement strategies that align with business goals.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools, lead generation platforms, and sales automation software.
