Job Title: Social Media Growth Strategist & Content Manager

We’re currently seeking a Social Media Growth Strategist & Content Manager, a creative and results-oriented professional with a passion for building impactful online brand presence.
Key Responsibilities:
Multi-Platform Research, Strategy & Trend Forecasting
- Identify trending topics, hashtags, cultural moments, and viral content opportunities across platforms (YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, etc.).
- Use tools like Google Trends, TubeBuddy, vidIQ, Ahrefs, Quora, and social listening to validate high-performing content ideas.
Develop weekly Content Strategy Decks across platforms, with hooks, formats, and suggested CTAs.
Content Ideation, Planning & SEO
- Create a rolling 4-week content calendar for each platform, considering seasonal spikes, trends, and client goals.
- Write platform-appropriate captions, hashtags, SEO metadata, and interactive elements (polls, questions, stickers, etc.).
- Split-test hooks, visuals, and formats to maximise reach and engagement.
Cross-Platform Repurposing & Native Content Creation
- Repurpose long-form content (like YouTube videos or webinars) into short-form vertical content (Reels, TikToks, Shorts).
- Create platform-specific content like behind-the-scenes videos, brand stories, and challenge-based posts tailored to each audience.
Ensure visual and brand consistency across all content outputs.
Publishing, Community Management & Engagement
- Implement platform-specific posting schedules, optimised based on engagement insights and analytics.
- Engage with followers across all channels—replying to comments, DMs, and participating in threads and duets/stitches.
- Encourage community feedback and integrate ideas back into the content pipeline.
Growth Strategy & Collaboration
- Develop and execute growth campaigns using trending sounds, hashtags, influencer collaborations, and giveaways.
- Collaborate with team leads and international stakeholders to align brand voice and messaging across regions.
Analytics, Reporting & Continuous Optimisation
- Monitor performance KPIs: views, engagement rates, follower growth, retention, reach, CTR, and watch time.
- Provide weekly performance dashboards with content insights and strategic recommendations.
- Adjust content strategy using real-time data and algorithm trends to enhance growth.
End-to-End Growth Ownership:
- Responsible for researching trends, planning and managing content, executing platform-native strategies, and optimising for virality ensuring content drives reach, subscribe boost, engagement, and consistent viewership growth across channels.
Skills Requirement:
- Platform Expertise: Strong understanding of YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook algorithms to maximise engagement.
- Content Strategy & Trend Spotting: Ability to anticipate trends using tools like Google Trends, TubeBuddy, and Reddit.
- Creative Thinking & Ideation: Skilled in creating engaging hooks and impactful campaigns for each platform.
- SEO & Copywriting: Ability to craft keyword-optimised titles, captions, and meta content for higher CTR.
- Analytics & Reporting: Experience using YouTube Studio, Meta Business Suite, TikTok Analytics, and Excel for performance insights.
Cross-Platform Repurposing: Ability to adapt long-form videos for TikTok, Instagram, Reels, Shorts, and Facebook. - Community Management & Engagement: Skilled in nurturing communities via comments, DMs, and creator collaborations.
- Project & Time Management: Proficient with tools like Trello, ClickUp, or Asana to manage content calendars and workflows.
- Communication & Collaboration: Strong verbal and interpersonal communication skills for working with cross-functional teams.
- Self-Starter Attitude: Independent, results-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 5 to 8 years in social media management, digital marketing, or a related field, with a proven track record of driving engagement across platforms like YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related discipline.
- Platform Expertise: In-depth knowledge of social media algorithms, content strategies, and best practices for major platforms.
