Who is the Ideal Candidate?
We are in search of a highly capable Virtual Assistant. Duties include: initial outreach, follow-up, tracking, collecting feedback, and setting up calls and meetings, strong organizational skills, Email Marketing and Social Media Manager and the ability to juggle multiple projects at once in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment is a must.
Virtual Assistant Responsibilities:
- Help Managing Partners run multiple campaigns globally from initial outreach, follow-up, tracking, collecting feedback, and setting up calls and meetings.
- Create and curate content for social media channels, including graphics, videos, and written copy with expertise in Canva, Adobe Photoshop, etc
- The additional advantage for candidates with prior experience in managing Facebook ads.
- Support email marketing campaigns by creating and editing email templates, writing copy, and managing lists.
- Utilise AI tools and ChatGPT to automate digital marketing tasks and improve overall efficiency.
- Analyse and report on digital marketing performance metrics, including social media, email, and website analytics.
- Conduct market research and stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in Social Media Marketing.
- You’ll have the resources you need to learn, lead, and deliver results.
Virtual Assistant Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in a similar or related field
- UK based experience
- Quick learner, extremely organized, and detail-oriented with a proven process of how to manage multiple tasks at once
- Knowledge of Live Chat and Experience utilizing a CRM and LinkedIn.
- Experience conducting lead generation, gathering data to suggest campaigns, and pivoting in strategy
- Ability to work independently based on guidelines and parameters
- Strong English speaking and writing skills are a must
- A Bachelor’s Degree in business administration or a related field
