• Make successful outbound calls to UK businesses (60-100 calls/day) to ensure client satisfaction.
• Stay organised: keep track of data and report progress with careful attention to detail.
• Document every call accurately for smooth client follow-up.
• Communicate effectively: engage clients with a confident phone manner and good listening skills.

Minimum Requirements:

• 1 year of experience in B2B sales or a similar telemarketing role.
• Fluent in English with strong speaking and writing skills.
• Communication prowess: articulate solutions convincingly and tailor messages to diverse audiences.
